                                          Faculty who have already been approved by the  registry and have documentation of their submission ID (only applies to students

                                             access their  wherein you will find a plethora of addition information. | As this program provides a funding resource for the accepted research projects, the
                                          Office of Undergraduate Research maintains these requirements for all Primary Investigators
                                          (PIs) awarded funding. 
                                          
                                          Faculty are responsible for completing the  process for each student, as neededComplete at least one dissemination activity (for example, presenting at KSU's Symposium of Student Scholars, presenting at a disciplinary conference or undergraduate research conference, or
                                             submitting a manuscript for publication)Faculty are required to complete an end-of-experience assessment surveyFaculty are required to commit a minimum of 1-hour to judging at the Symposium of
                                             Student Scholars, each semester These requirements, particularly the assessment survey, are vital to collecting data on how the funding is being utilized, as we rely on the PIs to relay this information to us. Should an audit of Office of Undergraduate Research funding usage be requested, this is our current reporting method.  |
