| The Nursing Administration and Transformational Leadership track prepares nursing graduates for administrative and executive positions in healthcare. The program is grounded in practice and guided by healthcare theory and research. Emphasis is on understanding and developing leadership competencies identified by the American Organization of Nursing Leadership; healthcare finance; understanding data and evidence; change management; creation of  a healthy practice environment; and organizing high quality care delivery systems.                             Admission CriteriaAdmission decisions for acceptance into 最色导航鈥檚 Leadership in Nursing Program Master of Science in Nursing are based on overall evaluation of the following components: 
                           
                           Baccalaureate degree in nursing from a nationally accredited institution.Current unencumbered RN licensure in the state of practice (submit copy)A formal statement of personal goals for the programUndergraduate research courseTwo professional letters of reference No GRE is required.  
                            Transfer CreditUp to 9 semester hours or 15 quarter hours of graduate work from other accredited
                           institutions may be transferred. This work must correspond to the MSN curriculum at
                           最色导航. Decisions regarding potential transfer will be made by
                           the Associate Program Director. 
                            Grades and ProgressionStudents must earn a grade of B (80) or better in each course to progress in the program.

                            Candidacy for GraduationTo graduate a grade of B (80) or better is required in all courses. MSN candidates
                           must petition to graduate at least one semester prior to completion of their degree
