The Construction Industry Advisory Board - College of Architecture and Construction Management

The Construction Industry Advisory Board's objective is to ensure that students meet the educational and career needs of the industry from an employer鈥檚 perspective. Through their organizational structure, the board recommends actions to the department to ensure that learning outcomes at the program level meet or exceed employer needs. The board also plays a critical role in prescribing state of the art facilities and instructional technologies for teaching different courses. The board members regularly participate in stakeholder assessment surveys, which are in addition to reviewing of capstone and research projects each semester to benchmark the quality of graduates and to identify areas for improvement.
