                                                         Lecturers The Radow College Professional Development Fund for Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, and Principal
                                                         Lecturers provides funds to support a faculty member鈥檚 professional development goals. The funds can be used to attend a conference or participate in a workshop, webinar, or other justifiable, well-documented professional, instructional, or student success activity. In recognition of the critical role played by Lecturers in Radow College鈥檚 ability to support the University鈥檚 mission, for 2025-26, the maximum funds a Lecturer can be awarded have been increased to $1000.                                                       Radow College Professional Development Fund for V.I.T.A.L. Faculty The 2025-2026 Instructional Excellence Fund for V.I.T.A.L. Faculty provides funds to support a faculty member鈥檚 professional development goals. The funds can be used to attend a conference or participate in a workshop, webinar, or other justifiable, well-documented professional, instructional, or student success activity.                                                       scholarly knowledge, Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences invites applications
                                                      for funding to cover Open Access (OA) publication fees up to $3,000. This initiative
                                                      supports authors seeking to publish in reputable, peer-reviewed OA journals or hybrid
