ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Members (non-KSU students) must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Student Recreation and Activities Center (SRAC) or the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC). 鈥&苍产蝉辫;

All members agree to follow the Recreation Facility Rules and Guidelines.
Memberships will not be refunded unless a verified health reason is provided or employment at 最色导航 is terminated. In the event of altered facility hours or closures, member fees will not be prorated.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

Memberships for Alumni, Retiree, and KSU Adult Affiliates should schedule an appointment to have an ID card printed between the hours of 8-5 pm, Monday - Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment: 470-578-6913.

Membership Options
KSU Student
A membership is automatically applied to student's accounts who are enrolled in courses as a Rec Center Fee or Online Learner Fee and is collected with tuition. No action is required for those enrolled. KSU students that do not pay the fee will need to purchase a membership if they would like to access Sports and Recreation facilities and programs. Only currently enrolled students are eligible to opt-in for a student membership.
TAP students are not eligible for student memberships.
Summer: Students not enrolled in summer classes are eligible to opt-in during the summer semester if previously enrolled in the spring semester.鈥
Membership provides access to: aquatic programming, OwlFit personal training, group fitness classes, intramural sports, club sports, Outdoor Adventures programming (bike shop, gear rental, climbing gym)鈥

Outdoor Adventures Membership
This membership provides access to the bike shop, gear rental, climbing gym and Nature Bound trips. *Affiliates attending Nature Bound trips - must have their sponsor attend as well.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

Payroll Deduction is available for full time, benefitted 10- and 12-month employees. Payroll deduction memberships will continue indefinitely until the member cancels their membership or separates from the University. Please note 10 month employees will have a different rate to account for less payroll periods.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
 
Employee Fitness Center鈥&苍产蝉辫;
KSU employees that purchase a Sports and Recreation Combo Membership are eligible
                                                      to use the  (EFC) located at the KSU Center (located behind the Cracker Barrell). This space is for employees only and these members can also participate in a program to receive well-being credits. Access to the EFC is included in a combo membership or an EFC only membership.鈥
Employees that ONLY want to access the EFC will need to visit that facility or the for more information
Alumni
A degree-holding graduate of 最色导航 or the former Southern Polytechnic State University. Status will be verified through Member Services and the Office of Alumni & Constituent Engagement.

The KSU member must be present during each membership transaction of the affiliate, presenting their mobile or physical Talon Card as well as a photo ID of the joining affiliate. The affiliate must be 18 years of age or older. Eligible KSU employees can add an affiliate membership to their payroll deduction

Pool Only memberships are for those patrons who are only interested in utilizing the pool during each visit.鈥 The Student Recreation and Activities Center (最色导航 Campus) has an 8-lane 25-yard indoor pool and an outdoor leisure pool with whirlpool.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

Guest Passes鈥
Current Sports and Recreation members can purchase guests passes. Limit 2 guests per member. Members must always accompany their guests. All guests must complete a liability wavier form and present a valid photo ID at the time of purchase. Guests must be at least 18 years of age.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

KSU employees are eligible to purchase a guest pass without a sponsor. Student members
                                    are not allowed to sponsor themselves. Students must have an active membership or
                                    be sponsored by a current member. Solicitation for sponsors is prohibited.
$10 per day for Student Recreation and Activities Center (最色导航 Campus), Recreation and Wellness Center (Marietta Campus) and Climbing Gym Access鈥

Guest passes can be purchased in-person utilizing K-Cash, credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay at the Service Desks and online through the .鈥
Member Parking
You may add parking to your membership upon in-person purchase. License plate, make and model of your car are required for purchase. Parking services rules and regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
 
Retiree: $0.00  
Retirees of the university who are enrolled in the Retirees Association are welcome to park in the visitor parking areas on the 最色导航 and the Marietta Campuses free of charge. Retirees are to display their Association Card on their dash while parking in the visitor lots. Retirees not part of the Association are welcome to pay to park in the visitor lots. 
 
Alumni: $23.00 per month  
Alumni parking permits are valid in the visitor lots on the 最色导航 and Marietta Campuses.  
 
Adult Affiliate: $15.00 per month 
Adult Affiliate parking permits are valid in the visitor lots on the 最色导航 and Marietta Campuses. 
 
Parking can also be purchased through Parking and Transportation. 
Identification Cards鈥
Students and employee members will be given access to the recreation centers through
                           their physical or mobile Talon Card. If you are experiencing a Talon Card issue, please
                           contact Talon One.
 
Alumni, Retiree, and Adult Affiliates should schedule an appointment to have a member ID card printed at the Administrative Suite in the Student Recreation and Activities Center (最色导航 Campus) between the hours of 8-5 pm, Monday - Friday.鈥  
or at the Service Desk at the Recreation and Wellness Center (Marietta Campus) during
                           facility operating hours.
The first member ID card is available at no additional cost. Reprints are $7 per card.
Promotional Membership Offerings
Sports and Recreation provides complimentary opportunities for employees, alumni,
                           and retirees throughout the year to access our facilities before purchasing a membership.
                           Please note these only provide general access and some programs and services will
                           be unavailable unless a Sports and Recreation membership is purchased. Offerings must
                           be purchased through our  unless otherwise stated.

Facility Waivers
Recreation waivers are paperless! Please sign our waiver through the or through the KSU Sports and Recreation App.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
How to sign the facility waiver:
You will now have a waiver on file and will not have to re-sign during the duration of your time at KSU.
Minors will be able to complete their waiver through .
A confirmation email will be sent when your waiver has been processed. Please allow 72 business hours for processing. Minor waivers expire at the end of the academic year.
Lockers
Daily use lockers are available at each recreation center at no cost. Please bring your own lock to utilize the lockers at the Recreation and Wellness Center on the Marietta Campus. Items left unattended or overnight will be relocated to lost and found by Sports and Recreation staff. The Department of Sports and Recreation is not responsible for items left in day use lockers overnight.

Who is eligible to obtain a membership to the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center on the 最色导航 campus and/or Recreation and Wellness Center on the Marietta campus?
Students that are currently enrolled at 最色导航 and paying the mandatory student Recreation Fee or Online Learner Fee are eligible to access either location during operating hours.
Faculty, staff, retirees, and alumni may purchase a membership.
